Ready, Willing & Able (RWA) is a program that helps people with Intellectual Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder find jobs.

You can participate in RWA with Inclusion Nova Scotia or Autism Nova Scotia.

We have a Labour Market Facilitator at Inclusion Nova Scotia. She talks to companies across Nova Scotia about how important it is to hire people with disabilities to work for them.
