Ready, Willing & Able (RWA) is a program that helps people with Intellectual Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder find jobs.
You can participate in RWA with Inclusion Nova Scotia or Autism Nova Scotia.
Andy Smith is our Labour Market Facilitator at Inclusion Nova Scotia. He talks to companies across Nova Scotia about how important it is to hire people with disabilities to work for them.
