"Jami is a recent graduate of the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law. Throughout law school, Jami completed pro bono legal work with Inclusion Canada in support of disability rights advocacy. She also served on the board of Inclusion Fredericton.

 

Prior to law school, Jami earned a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Health from St. Francis Xavier University, where she served as lead research assistant for the inaugural review of Nova Scotia's Accessibility Act. As a Pathy Fellow through the Coady International Institute, she also gained training in asset-based community development and helped develop an initiative supporting leadership and community participation among youth with disabilities.
