Brian brings a wealth of experience in disability rights, inclusive employment, housing, and education. He most recently worked as National Resource and Policy Manager with Ready, Willing and Able (RWA), a partnership of Inclusion Canada and the Autism Alliance of Canada / Alliance canadienne de l'autisme. Before that, he spent eight years with Autism Nova Scotia, first as a Regional Autism Coordinator and then as Operations Director.

A proven senior non-profit leader and national policy voice, Brian has over a decade of experience supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and the organizations that serve them.
